- Is there really a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days, no credit card. We'll help you import your first batch of inventory and run a real ticket through the system.
- What does 'per location' mean?
- One location = one physical shop. There's no cap on staff, vehicles, or invoices. If you have one shop with two bays, that's one location.
- Are payment processing fees extra?
- Yes. Stripe charges its standard rates and Tendwa doesn't take a cut on top. Use Stripe Connect to route customer payments straight to your own bank.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Month-to-month, cancel from the billing page. Your data exports as CSV before you go.
- Do you offer onboarding?
- Yes — every new shop gets onboarding help (data import, staff training, configuration). Enterprise customers get a dedicated customer success manager.
