This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using Tendwa. It applies to every user and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Lawful use only
You may not use Tendwa for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law, or to violate the rights of any third party. This includes consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, anti-discrimination, and labour laws.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, store, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Is sexually explicit or exploitative.
- Promotes violence or incitement.
3. Security violations
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service (e.g., DoS attacks).
- Bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
- Reverse engineer or decompile Tendwa.
4. Communications abuse
You may not use Tendwa to send:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or unsolicited SMS.
- SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) via SMS — see SMS Terms.
- Phishing, fraudulent, or impersonation messages.
- Communications that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws.
5. Resource abuse
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service.
- Use automated means to scrape data from the Service.
- Generate excessive load that degrades performance for other customers.
- Use the Service to provide a substantially similar competing service.
6. Account integrity
You may not:
- Share your account credentials with anyone outside your organisation.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or limits.
- Use false information when creating an account.
7. Customer responsibility for end users
If you use Tendwa on behalf of a tire shop, you are responsible for the conduct of your staff and any data you upload about your customers. You must obtain all necessary consents to upload personal data and to send communications to end customers.
8. Reporting violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, email support@tendwa.com with details. We investigate every report and may suspend the offending account during investigation.
9. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice where reasonably necessary:
- Remove offending content.
- Suspend or terminate the offending account.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as legally required.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
